Good service and reasonable value. Tidy and cheap units with a comfi bed and welcoming staff. A great selection of options for breakfast including eggs, bangers and bacon. Friendly check-in, marvellous and perfect location really close to train station, the lavishly decorated chinese restaurant and a centre.
Stain in the room.

Convenient walking to city center and shopping. Helpful and courteous staff. Very good updated bathroom.
Lack of breakfast. More towels could be provided when 2 people occupy a room.

the location in China Town is really good
The room was very small, it was not possible to open completely the door of the room because of lack of space. The windows of the room are very old and in very bad conditions. Windows don't protect from noises and cold air from outside. The mattress and the carpet were very dirty.

Good location - good firm bed - free internet always wins me over
Strange design of room with no sofa of soft lounge chairs. Breakfast was included but was late, cold, with tiny coffee cups. I asked about getting hot coffee but only once in two weeks. Breakfast was very poor.

It was pretty clean and a good deal, especially considering it's easy to access with the elevator! 🌟

•Reception staff they are co operative with the guest. •Internet you need to get the cable from reception it is not wireless. •Heating system is good. •During arrive we found the room is ready for us no wetting in the lobby.
•Cleaning of the room need to be improved special under the bed a lot of dust needs to use vacuum to clean. •Room is too small and if you ask for extra sugar for tea they will you charge extra money. •Bath towels I found it not in good condition need to be replaced same of them. •TV channels limited all in Dutch languages, only CNN at lest to add some other channels for movies.
